We verify entrepreneur identities and customer identities (phone, ID, and selfie), but we are not a party to any transaction. HustleCenter is not liable for the quality of work, disputes, or any damages arising from services rendered. Use at your own discretion. In case of fraud or crime, we will cooperate with SAPS upon receipt of a valid CAS number or court order.
Terms of Service
By using HustleCenter, you agree to communicate respectfully and use the platform for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to remove any listing or block any user at our sole discretion.
For entrepreneurs: By listing your service, you agree that your business name, service details, and provided photo will be publicly displayed on HustleCenter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing. Listing fees are non‑refundable once your service goes live.
For customers: By requesting a service, you agree to provide accurate identification (ID and selfie) for verification. HustleCenter facilitates introductions only. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes. Always confirm details directly with the service provider.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
HustleCenter operates www.hustlecenter.co.za. Our Information Officer can be reached at help@hustlecenter.co.za.
2. What we collect
Entrepreneurs: Name, ID Number, ID Photo, Selfie, Proof of Address, Bank Details, Service Info.
Customers: Name, Phone Number, Email, ID Photo, Selfie, Service Requested.
Website: IP Address, Device Info (for security).
3. Why we collect it
To verify identities, prevent fraud, connect customers to entrepreneurs, and comply with POPIA.
4. How we protect it
ID documents are deleted after 90 days. Request logs are kept for 2 years for dispute resolution. We use OTP, ID, and selfie verification to ensure all users are real and accountable.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Email help@hustlecenter.co.za. We respond within 30 days.
6. Dispute & SAPS cooperation
If a crime is reported, HustleCenter will cooperate with SAPS and provide logged information as required by law (with a valid CAS number or court order).
